If you’re going to have a shot at selling your website for 50k, then you’re going to want to generate approximately 4k per month from it. To do this you are going to need a well-constructed sales funnel. Perhaps you don’t even have a sales funnel in place on your site yet or anything to even sell. In my frank opinion, then your site might as well not have a title. Would you build a site without a title? No, and you shouldn’t build a site without a sales funnel either.
